The City of Holly Springs (City) invites and will receive Bid Proposals on the forms attached hereto, all information on which must be appropriately completed. Sealed Bid Proposals will be received at the City of Holly Springs City Clerk's Office until 5:00 PM on Friday, June 14, 2024, and publicly opened and read aloud thereafter at the next Board of Aldermen meeting, in the City Hall Boardroom. One (1) completed Bid Packet, marked "Original", as well as, six (6) photocopies of the completed Bid Packet shall be included in each Proposer's envelope. The envelopes containing the Proposals shall be sealed, plainly marked " MDOT WATERLINE RELOCATION ALONG SR178" on the outside, and addressed as follows:
